What is Covered? Cutridge, LLC warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase.

What will we do? If a covered defect arises during the 90-day period, Cutridge, LLC will, at its sole discretion:

1. Repair the defective part at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts.
2. Replace the unit with a new or equivalent replacement.
3. Refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible. 
   
   What is NOT Covered? This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, or finish fading).
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or overloading beyond stated weight capacities.
• Units that have been modified or altered without authorization.
• Damage resulting from improper assembly or extreme weather conditions. 
  
  How to Make a Claim? To initiate a claim, please contact our support team at sales@cutridge.com with your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the defect. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs to return the unit for inspection.
  
  Limitation of Liability: Cutridge, LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of tools or personal property, resulting from the use of this product.
